Haley Jones, RN

I was born and raised in the Texas Panhandle, and following in my mom’s footsteps, I graduated from Amarillo College with my Associates Degree in Nursing in 2010 and came to work for Dr. Taylor in 2011.  Coming from Pediatric Intensive Care to Pain Management was a huge change, but it has helped my development as a nurse so much. I love the continuity of care and the rapport that we are able to build with our patients. Chronic pain can be a terrible aspect of life, but with Dr. Taylor’s strategic approach and high success rate, our patients can see hope in improving their pain control and their functionality. In my spare time, I enjoy time with my amazing husband, Evan, my wonderful son, Jude, and the rest of my awesome family, as well as traveling, antique shopping, and sitting on the couch watching my guilty pleasures - The Bachelor, House Hunters and Survivor!

Lani Williams, RT, R

I was raised in Perryton and then attended college here in Amarillo.  At Amarillo College I first began my academic journey as an art major and somehow slowly transitioned into the medical field.  In 2010 I graduated with my associates degree in radiography.  I worked for several years as a radiography tech until I came to Amarillo Interventional Pain Management with Dr. Taylor.  During my time here with Dr. Taylor I have learned so much about the chronic pain community and strive each day to help our patients in any way I can.  I have a wonderful husband, Michael, who I enjoy traveling with.  We also love to spend time with our friends, family and pets!!  In my free time I LOVE to cook!

I was born in New Mexico but have lived in Texas for 22 years. I graduated From West Texas A&M University with my Bachelors in Science of Nursing in 2008. I worked as a floor nurse for 7 years at BSA and I am excited to be joining such a wonderful team here at Amarillo Interventional Pain Management. I believe that managing pain is of the utmost priority in order to live a productive and high quality life. I hope to establish a fulfilling relationship with my patients in order for them to have a rewarding experience with our team.

I have been in the Pain clinic for about 2 years now. It was a whole new ballgame for me because in my 25 years working in a hospital I had never worked directly with patients. I love the doctor, my co-workers and especially the patients. There is never a dull moment. I am thankful for the opportunity to work here.

Cortney Foraker, RN

Born in Amarillo, TX, my family moved to the small town of Sonora, TX where I spent most of my childhood until moving to Midland, TX in middle school.  I was very active in basketball as a child and later found interest in golf through my teenage years. After graduating from Midland Lee High in 2003, I moved to College Station, TX and obtained a Bachelor degree in Community Health in 2007 from Texas A&M University. Because of a childhood hospital experience, I chose to pursue a career in nursing and moved to the Texas panhandle to work as a nurse tech while I obtained a Bachelor of Nursing degree from West Texas A&M University in 2010. I married my husband Josh Foraker in September 2010. We have one son, Brayden, who was born in 2013, and love spending as much time with him as we can. I am an employee of Panhandle Surgical Hospital in the Pain Clinic and very proud to be a part of Dr. Taylor’s practice in Pain Management. I have enjoyed establishing many new patient relationships and look forward to many more years of patient care.

I was born in Lubbock, but raised here in Amarillo. I attended Amarillo College for a couple of years for my degree in Education, but ended up with great opportunities to work for NWTH and BSA. I have then stayed in the medical field, and enjoy what I do.  I have the great opportunity to work with Dr. Taylor, and have learned so much about chronic pain. We have an awesome team that work hard to be attentive with every patient. I love spending time with my family and friends, and getting out of town every chance that I have. In my spare time, I enjoy to be outdoors and working out.

I was born in Mobile, Al and moved to Amarillo when I was 14. Before working here at Panhandle Surgical Hospital I worked for the Clements unit as a correctional officer. In 2014 I married my husband, Jake, and I was able to stay home and spend some much needed quality time with my husband and son, Aiden.

In 2015 I took a position working with Dr. Taylor in the Pain Clinic at Panhandle Surgical Hospital. This was my first opportunity working in the medical field and I have learned so much from Dr. Taylor and his staff. I have loved meeting all of our patients and look forward to meeting and taking care of future patients here in the Pain Clinic.

I have been a Registered Nurse since 2012 I started in cardiology and became a member of the pain clinic in May of 2013.  I have lived in Amarillo since I was 12 yrs old and graduated from Caprock High School and then from West Texas A&M to obtain my Nursing Degree.  My husband Cameron and I have 3 beautiful children Brooklynn, Mason and Kambree who absolutely mean the world to us. I truly work in a caring environment where we strive to make our patients feel comfortable at a time that most patients feel vulnerable.  It is awesome to see hear our patients say that we have given them “their life back.”

I have lived in the Panhandle most of my life and have chosen to raise my family here.  I have a great husband and two daughters.  I attended Lubbock Christian University and then Covenant School of Nursing in Lubbock where I earned my nursing diploma in 2001.  I later received my Bachelors in nursing from Texas Tech University.  I have worked in many areas of nursing and have been at Panhandle Surgical for 3 years.  I really enjoy working with Dr. Taylor and this staff.  It is quite rewarding for me to be able to build a relationship with our patients.

I grew up in the small town of Pampa, TX and moved to amarillo after I graduated High School to attend Nursing School. While in college I met and married my husband and we now have four beautiful children.  I have worked in Labor and Delivery since I graduated in 2007. In 2014 I decided it was time for a new experience so I took a position as a PRN RN working with Dr. Taylor at the Pain Clinic at Panhandle Surgical Hospial. When I started I had no idea who Dr. Taylor was or that a practice like his even existed. I have learned so much working with him and his staff and feel greatful to be a part of a practice that helps so many people.

Wendy Guest, RN

I have been an RN for 17 years with most of my experience in labor and delivery and the medical surgical areas. I have been working with Dr. Taylor since October 2015. I love being on this journey of helping people to feel better. God placed me here for a reason! I have an incredible husband of 15 years and 4 amazing, very active children!

Renea Krtalic, FNP-BC

I have lived the majority of my life in Amarillo. I graduated from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Nursing in 2008. I started out in surgical  intensive care, then moved on to the recovery room and pain management. I worked with Dr. Taylor in the pain clinic for approximately 3 years as an RN and while attending nurse practitioner school through Texas Tech. For a short time prior to and for several months after graduation, I worked in neurosurgery. However, I have returned to work in pain management with Dr. Taylor. I enjoy the patients here and the fact that this practice is committed to providing the best care for their patients. I feel very privileged to be a part of Amarillo Interventional Pain Management.
